CoralTree Hospitality Group operates Black Desert Resort in Southern Utah. We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to support accounts payable and accounts receivable, process vendor invoices, guest billing, and help with reconciliations in a luxury hospitality setting.

This onsite, full-time role reports to the Assistant Director of Finance and offers competitive pay ($20–$24/hour), benefits, and opportunities to build hands‑on experience in a premier resort environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in accounting/finance; hospitality a plus.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and AP/AR workflows.
• Proficient in Excel and financial software (M3/QuickBooks/Oracle).
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
• Capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Process and enter vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving docs.
• Verify approvals and coding before payment processing.
• Prepare weekly payment runs with internal controls.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Post guest charges and payments to accounts.
• Reconcile AR accounts and follow up on past-due balances.
• Generate invoices and account statements.
• Assist in month-end closing, journal entries, reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate files and support audits.
