Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Experience with purchase orders and invoice matching processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies across departments.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience handling vendor communications and issue resolution.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Perform invoice matching and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, POs, and receipts.
• Partner with Procurement, Warehouse, and other teams to investigate and resolve invoice exceptions.
• Review vendor statements and respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
• Route invoices for approval and follow up on outstanding approvals.
• Process freight invoices and assist with appropriate cost allocations.
• Support expense report processing for employees.
• Maintain accurate records and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Assist with special projects and reporting as needed.
