Intelligence Health Group, Inc. in Ocala, FL is seeking an Accounting Specialist to maintain financial records, process transactions, and support daily accounting operations in collaboration with the Accountant.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel, and strong attention to detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping and timely reporting.

Formación

• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.
• Process accounts payable, including vendor invoices, payments, and expense documentation.
• Manage accounts receivable transactions, payment posting, and outstanding balances.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Review and verify financial transactions for accuracy.
• Maintain and organize accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
• Monitor vendor accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end accounting procedures.
• Track company expenses and prepare internal accounting reports as requested.
• Coordinate with Human Resources regarding payroll-related accounting records.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding financial transactions.
• Assist the Accountant with accounting projects and financial documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.
• Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
