Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Account/Logistics Specialist to join a client in Grapevine, TX. This is a full-time, direct-hire position and 100% onsite.

The role centers on delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and at least two years in account management or customer support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or customer support.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or supply chain fields.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between customers and internal teams to address escalations.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure accurate repair memo entry and minimize open RMAs.
• Manage customer communications, respond to inquiries, and provide high-quality service.
• Process purchase orders.
• Process inbound and outbound RMAs and verify documentation.
• Analyze production data, lead times, and resource availability for feasible plans.
• Prepare reports on production status and performance for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and established work practices.
