Qualifications

• At least one year of excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Forklift and pallet jack-certified.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations to achieve departmental goals, budgets, and KPIs.
• Employee Supervision: Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures, DOT regulations, and incident reporting.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate delivery drivers, optimize routes, and manage order scheduling and changes.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with plant management to meet customer needs.
• Communication and Documentation: Maintain logs, trip sheets, and production forecasts; ensure accurate invoicing.
• Incident and Issue Management: Report and coordinate corrective actions for safety and quality concerns.
• General Support: Plan, prioritize tasks, manage emails, and support overall business objectives.
