Job summary

ITS Logistics in Fort Worth is seeking a high-energy Specialized Account Manager to join our brokerage team. You’ll support growth of our specialized transportation base, deepen carrier relationships, and develop out-of-the-box solutions for complex freight challenges.

You will train in our program and work onsite, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and maintain data integrity in our systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics.
• Strong understanding of specialized equipment, permitting processes, and freight pricing.
• Minimum 2-year industry experience in construction, energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure.
• Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly work with carriers to deepen relationships and strengthen ITS Logistics’ position as a best-in-class provider.
• Collaborate with customers to design solutions for complex specialized transportation needs.
• Solicit new and existing accounts for opportunities, document requirements, and execute accordingly.
• Train and enable brokerage teams to become more knowledgeable in specialized transportation.
