Job summary

Raise is seeking an Account Coordinator to support a client site in Spring, TX, with hybrid work from Houston. You will handle contractor onboarding, time entry, and vendor systems while providing administrative support to the Account Director.

The role requires strong organizational skills, client-facing poise, and the ability to manage multiple systems daily. You will build Salesforce reports, track metrics, coordinate meetings/events, and assist the Account Manager with sales support.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar coordinator, administrative, customer service, or account support role.
• Salesforce reporting experience and Beeline (VMS) familiarity preferred.
• MSP program knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractor experience and support, serving as onsite contact and managing questions.
• Prepare data and materials for client meetings and internal reviews; support reporting.
• Plan and coordinate meetings/events, reserve rooms, arrange catering, and manage calendars.
