Salute is seeking an Account Coordinator in the United States. You will act as the single point of contact bridging Finance, Operations, and Client teams, owning day-to-day workflows to keep accounts profitable and on schedule.

The role emphasizes revenue assurance, cost control, and data-driven decision making, with responsibilities in billing, reporting, forecasting, and coordinating across Salesforce and Intacct.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in account coordination, finance operations, billing, or a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).
• Experience with ERP or financial systems (Intacct, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workflows and competing deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-facing presence.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare reporting packages for GARs, QBRs, and MBRs.
• Assist in variance analysis on revenue, cost, and margin.
• Maintain forecasting and budgeting trackers.
• Support month-end close and accrual preparation.
• Track account profitability and utilization trends.
