Job summary

Raise is hiring a contract Project Coordinator on behalf of our client to support the Client Services department. The role focuses on project execution, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high-quality client service across all interactions.

The Coordinator will partner with internal teams such as Data Services, Product/Website Development, Print/Mail, Call Center, Disbursements, and Claims Operations to ensure timely delivery and strong client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ year work experience with direct client contact.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a calm demeanor.
• Strong critical thinking and fast information processing.
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: meet requirements, manage deadlines, report status, coordinate with teams.
• Internal Collaboration: coordinate with data, product/web, print/mail, call center, disbursements, claims operations.
• Client Communication: respond promptly and accurately to client needs, relay feedback internally.
• Reporting & Documentation: provide project reports, analyze data, draft scripts and website text, assist business rules development.
