Electrical Automation Services in Fort Deposit, AL, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor on the 3rd shift to lead maintenance on-site. You will direct a team of mechanics, plan work, manage safety, and coordinate with production for downtime and changeovers.

You’ll spend substantial time on the plant floor, provide technical guidance, and ensure work orders, parts, and labor are executed safely and efficiently, while developing staff and supporting continuous improvement.

Formación

• Five years of manufacturing or maintenance supervision experience.
• Experience supervising and developing industrial maintenance personnel.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with drive systems and related mechanical equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the maintenance team’s safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Ensure all work orders, approvals, and parts are in place before execution.
• Review downtime, work orders, and follow-up actions during shift handovers.
• Direct and monitor maintenance work for safety, cost, and quality.
• Provide technical guidance and SAP support to ensure jobs are completed correctly.
• Coordinate with planners to manage backlog and priorities.
• Spend significant time on the plant floor engaging with maintenance staff.
