Electrical Automation Services in Elmore, AL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead third-shift maintenance on-site. You will manage safety, quality, and environmental compliance while coordinating with production and planners.

The role requires 5+ years of maintenance supervision, hands-on diagnostics of hydraulic/pneumatic systems, drives, and SAP CMMS; you will train staff and drive continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Minimum five years of manufacturing or maintenance-supervision experience.
• Experience supervising and developing industrial maintenance personnel.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with drive systems, transmissions, and related mechanical equipment.
• Basic experience with industrial controllers and processors.
• Working knowledge of industrial electrical wiring, electrical and mechanical devices, and control circuits.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial drives.
• SAP or comparable computerized maintenance management system experience.

• Lead the maintenance team's compliance with safety, quality, food safety, and environmental requirements.
• Ensure all maintenance work orders have complete approvals.
• Attend daily shift-handover meetings and review downtime and priorities.
• Direct and monitor maintenance work for safety, quality, cost, and thoroughness.
• Provide technical support and guidance to ensure work is completed correctly.
• Manage payroll, attendance, and adherence to site policies.
• Develop and maintain employee development plans and provide on-the-job training.
