Job summary

Electrical Automation Services seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for on-site leadership on the 3rd shift in Fort Deposit, AL. You will manage maintenance crews, coordinate safety, quality, and environmental standards, and ensure work orders and SAP documentation are complete.

You will guide teams on hydraulic, pneumatic, and drive-system maintenance, collaborate with planners, and drive continuous improvement through hands-on coaching and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• At least five years of manufacturing or maintenance-supervision experience.
• Experience supervising and developing industrial maintenance personnel.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with drive systems, transmissions, and related mechanical equipment.
• SAP or comparable computerized maintenance management system experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team's safety, quality, and environmental adherence on third shift.
• Ensure complete work orders, approvals, and accurate SAP documentation.
• Attend shift handover meetings; review downtime and outstanding actions.
• Direct labor, materials, and priorities; assign work orders at shift start.
• Collaborate with planners to manage backlog and set priorities.
• Spend 60% of shift on the plant floor engaging with maintenance staff.
• Provide technical guidance; monitor safety, cost, and timeliness of tasks.
• Train maintenance personnel and develop individual development plans.
