Onshape Inc. in Boston, MA is hiring a Technical Services Engineer to become a product expert and deliver engaging demonstrations of our cloud-native CAD platform to potential customers.

You will collaborate with the sales team in a fast-paced setting at the PTC HQ in Boston’s Seaport District, supporting adoption of Onshape and related PDM/PLM capabilities while expanding our demonstration content. The role requires strong CAD experience and clear communication, and offers a competitive salary

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical CAD software and delivering product demonstrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Master our product and become an expert user.
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver demonstrations.
• Address questions from customers and prospects.
• Develop technical product-related marketing content.
• Expand our library of demonstration content.
• Liaise with the development team to relay feature requests from customers and prospects.
