Job summary

PTC, a global leader in CAD/PLM software, seeks a Principal level specialist for the Onshape Strategic Technical Services team at its Boston HQ. You’ll drive pre/post‑sales activities, deliver engaging product demonstrations, and help onboard customers while expanding adoption of our next‑generation design platform.

Engineering systems acumen is essential and CAD/PDM experience is a plus. You will work with a fast‑paced in‑office team, collaborating with sales and customer success to showcase

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical CAD software and delivering product demonstrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex engineering requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or technical equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Master our product and become an expert user.
• Collaborate with sales to deliver demonstrations.
• Act as product expert, addressing questions with customer success team.
• Help build and cultivate customer relationships
• Develop technical product-related marketing content.
• Expand our library of demonstration content.
• Liaise with development to relay feature requests.
• Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
