Job summary

PTC Inc. is seeking an energetic Onshape Technical Services specialist to join our Boston HQ team in Seaport District. The role focuses on delivering engaging product demonstrations and supporting sales by showcasing Onshape and related CAD/PLM capabilities to potential customers.

A strong engineering background and hands-on CAD expertise are essential. You'll master our product, collaborate with sales, and help expand our demonstration content while liaising with the development team to relay

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or technical equivalent.
Experience delivering product demonstrations to customers.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
Experience with mechanical CAD software (Onshape, SOLIDWORKS, Autodesk Inventor, Creo, Siemens NX, etc.).

Responsibilities

Master our product and become an expert user.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver exceptional product demonstrations.
Act as a product expert, addressing questions from customers and prospects.
Develop technical product-related marketing content.
Expand our library of demonstration content.
Liaise with the development team to relay feature requests from customers and prospects.
Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
