Job summary

PTC in Boston's Seaport District is seeking an energetic Onshape Technical Services specialist to deliver engaging product demonstrations and support sales by showing our cloud-native CAD/ PDM/ PLM platform to prospects. You will become the in-house expert on Onshape and help expand its footprint across North America.

The role requires a strong CAD engineering background, excellent communication, and a 3-day-per-week in-office presence.

Qualifications

Experience with mechanical CAD software (Onshape, SOLIDWORKS, Autodesk Inventor, Creo, Siemens NX, etc.)
Experience in delivering product demonstrations.
Experience in troubleshooting complex customer requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or a technical equivalent.

Responsibilities

Master our product and become an expert user.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver exceptional product demonstrations.
Act as a product expert, addressing questions from customers and prospects.
Develop technical product-related marketing content.
Expand our ever-growing library of demonstration content.
Liaise with the development team to relay feature requests from customers and prospects.
