You monitor progress, resolve access issues, and ensure smooth course completion. You will organize the online program delivery, generate monthly progress reports, and manage the webinar series.

• 1-3 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Monitor student performance and assist daily course access for online programs.
• Organize delivery of online programs and create monthly training reports on participant progress.
• Coordinate the Network of Professional Education webinar series and support accreditation compliance, marketing workflows, and invoicing/purchasing.
