Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Education, Psychology, Human Development or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in education/college and career advising.
• Experience with data tracking and analysis related to performance management and program impact.
• Experience with training and professional development of staff through 1:1 coaching, workshops and small group discussion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programmatic initiatives critical to the BU PATH model.
• Oversee and supervise a cohort of near-peer advisors (8–12).
• Coordinate advisor training, performance management, and volunteer engagement.
• Engage with school partners and coordinate city/district programs and events.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain relationships with school sites.
