Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for the Office of the Vice President of Student and Community Life, welcoming students, faculty, staff and visitors.
• Provide general administrative support, including scanning, photocopying, organizing supplies, and assisting staff with day-to-day tasks.
• Assist with calendar management and staff scheduling as needed.
• Support the planning and execution of events and programs, including technology, catering, and room setup.
• Assist with marketing, outreach, and social media initiatives as needed.
• Perform other duties to support the Division of Student and Community Life.
