ACCEL Schools is seeking an Operations Manager for the Virtual Preparatory Academy of Washington. You will supervise the local operations team and work with leadership to design procedures, ensure compliance, and deliver efficient school operations for a state-wide online program.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills, and experience managing regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Experience with school operations and compliance.
• Ability to document procedures and workflows; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee student records, testing, attendance tracking, and facilities management.
• Resolve escalated issues for students, families, and staff.
• Liaise between local school team and Accel corporate for procedures.
• Participate in school leadership and develop archival workflows.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and sponsor policies.
