Job summary

Accel Schools is seeking a School Operations Manager to supervise the school operations team—Registrar, Testing Manager, Office Administrator, Attendance and Truancy Coordinator—and collaborate with the Michigan Online School leadership to design and implement processes across daily operations in compliance with sponsor and state regulations.

The role reports to the school leadership, partners with other administrators, develops procedures, maintains records, and ensures confidentiality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee student records, local/state testing, attendance and truancy, and office/facilities management.
• Serve as resource for staff and families, resolving escalated issues on procedures, systems, and materials.
