Job summary

Gateway Online Academy of Ohio, part of ACCEL Schools, is seeking an Operations Program Specialist to help manage online school operations and ensure compliance with board, state, and federal guidelines. This full-time role supports teachers, students, and families in a virtual setting with periodic in-person testing support.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Above average spreadsheet skills with basic to intermediate formulas.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Track and report data as directed by Supervisor.
• Support Administration in internal operational needs.
• Manage contact changes in the student information system.
• Assist with school audits and testing coordination.
• Serve as a resource for staff, students and families.
• Answer phone calls.
• Fill in for Operations Manager as needed.
