Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Retail Online Sales Associate. You will provide a positive guest experience through effective retail operations, manage package deliveries, and run required reports to confirm order delivery to guests.

Retail Online Sales Associate

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a positive guest experience that exceeds expectations through effective and efficient retail operations. Controlling all package deliveries and ensure all necessary reports are being run to confirm the packages that have been ordered are delivered to the guest. This role is based on-site and is not remote. As part of our team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.
