Qualifications

• 1+ year in dealership or internet sales (automotive or powersports preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM and online sales tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up habits.
• Friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to sit for long periods and move around showroom and lot safely.

Responsibilities

• Handle internet leads, phone calls, and inquiries promptly.
• Confirm appointments and follow up with unsold customers.
• Communicate via email, text, and phone clearly and professionally.
• Stay in touch with past customers to build loyalty.
• Learn inventory and help customers find the right vehicle.
