• 1+ year of experience in a dealership internet sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using CRM and multiple online tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to sit for long periods and move around dealership safely.
• Must pass pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming internet leads, phone calls, and inquiries promptly.
• Confirm and manage appointments and follow up with unsold customers.
• Communicate clearly via email, text, and phone.
• Build loyalty with past customers.
