Job summary

Responsibilities

• Select and assemble customers' on-line orders efficiently with attention to freshness.
• Process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup.
• Provide a positive customer service experience aligned with Fred Meyer values.
• Receive orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Follow POS procedures and substitutions for out-of-stock items.
• Scan and bag orders per bagging standards and communicate substitutions to customers.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies to store e-Commerce supervisor.
• Assist in training new e-Commerce team members.
• Meet productivity standards in a fast-paced environment.
