Job summary

Fred Meyer is hiring an Online Order Selector to assemble customer orders for online shopping, ensuring freshness and quality for pickup. You will process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars when customers arrive at the store for pickup.

Daily duties include using the POS system, adhering to food safety guidelines, and maintaining orderly staging areas while delivering friendly customer service. The role supports fast-paced store operations and team training.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Experience in a production oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier (preferred).
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Receive and process online orders, load orders into customers' cars, and handle substitutions per policy.

Responsibilities
