Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Experience in production/warehouse or cashier roles.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for easy shopping, freshness, cleanliness.
• Adhere to local/state/federal laws and food safety procedures.
• Receive orders from Order Selector and store in correct temperatures.
• Initiate and complete selection process for on-line orders.
• Scan and bag orders; follow bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions to customers at pickup.
• Maintain staging areas and equipment cleanliness.
• Report pricing or location discrepancies to supervisor.
• Inspect equipment and notify management of repairs.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and adapt to new processes.
• Assist training of new e-Commerce team members.
• Meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in high-paced environments.
• Manage conflicts professionally.
• Honesty and integrity with customer/business information.
• Follow directions and seek help when needed.
