Job summary

Utah State University’s USU Collaboratory for Innovation in Teaching and Leadership invites applications for a part-time Statewide Learning Team Facilitator. This telework role supports a statewide initiative connecting Utah educators through teacher-led learning communities.

You will help educators collaborate, share instructional practices, and engage in meaningful professional growth experiences that advance student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a closely related field.
• Minimum of one year of teaching experience in a public Pre-K–12 school setting.
• Ability to facilitate group discussions and collaborative learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships and collaboration among participating educators.
• Coordinate and facilitate in-person engagement opportunities and school visits.
• Facilitate online meetings and maintain an active online learning space.
• Capture and share highlights from in-person activities and reports.
