Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consult with faculty to design and improve courses based on learning goals and student needs.
• Outline, organize, and storyboard content for online and hybrid formats.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Develop learning objectives aligned with assessments and course outcomes.
• Create course structures and learning activities to boost engagement and retention.
• Apply instructional design theories to support course development.
• Design and develop materials using Canvas and other tools.
• Ensure accessibility per WCAG and Universal Design for Learning principles.
• Support course evaluation and continuous improvement through learner feedback.
• Deliver training on instructional design practices and digital pedagogy.
