Job summary

Atlas Network in Arlington, VA, is seeking an Online Learning Associate to support design, delivery, and evaluation of our online learning programs for a global partner network.

You will collaborate with the Associate Director of Online Learning and the training team to manage content uploads, learner engagement, and data reporting, using LMS, G‑Suite, and Canva, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Advanced study in economics, political philosophy, public policy, international relations or related fields.
• Excellent writing, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn a learning management system/ CRM/database systems.
• Understanding of online tools such as G‑Suite and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Content Development & Instructional Design: assist in content scripts and formatting for LMS uploads.
• Learning Assessment & Quality Assurance: review/grade assignments with constructive feedback.
• Program Coordination & Stakeholder Collaboration: schedule, communicate, support learners, coordinate with facilitators.
• Data Management, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: collect data, track engagement, generate reports.
