Sales Match is hiring a Learning Associate. This fully remote role, based in the United States, supports learners, coordinates online training operations, and tracks attendance under the learning and development team.

The position requires strong written and verbal communication, a reliable home workspace, and a 40-hour weekly commitment. No experience is required, though familiarity with training support is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related experience supporting training activities or virtual sessions is a plus.
• Basic understanding of online courses, attendance tracking, completion requirements, and difference between administrative help and instruction.
• Comfort learning digital systems and locating course information without altering approved materials.
• Clear written and verbal communication for explaining instructions and updates.
• Careful attention to names, course titles, session links, and completion details; ask for clarification when needed.
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace for remote work.
• Availability for a 40-hour weekly commitment and fixed team check-ins.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Review learning questions via shared email queue and organize requests by urgency.
• Check course details and learner progress in Docebo before responding.
• Explain how to locate activities and review completion requirements.
• Maintain invites and reminders using Outlook and verify links and dates.
• Prepare attendance lists and ensure correct session resources are ready for trainers.
• Support virtual sessions by sharing instructions and routing questions to the trainer.
• Update attendance and completion data and flag discrepancies for review.
• Follow up with learners for unresolved questions and clarify next actions.
• Escalate access problems to IT and scheduling conflicts to the training lead.
• Maintain notes and summarize recurring learner difficulties for quality checks.
