Job summary

Naukri Mitra is seeking an Online Learning Program Specialist to design, deliver, and scale world-class online courses in a fully remote setting. You will collaborate with content creators, instructional designers, and platform developers to ensure engaging and accessible learning experiences for a global audience.

Ideal candidates will have a background in instructional design and experience with LMS platforms like Moodle or Canvas, plus strong analytics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Learning Technology.
• Experience with learning analytics and improvement strategies.
• Familiarity with Moodle, Canvas, Google Workspace, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Experience designing for synchronous and asynchronous learning.
• Bonus: Competency-based or modular course creation experience.

Responsibilities

• Program Design & Development: Create, manage, and iterate digital learning programs across platforms and audiences.
• Platform Experience Optimization: Collaborate with tech teams for seamless learner interactions and tool integration.
• Learner Engagement Strategy: Implement multimedia-driven communication strategies to boost engagement.
• Data-Backed Improvement: Analyze metrics and feedback to improve course effectiveness.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Align educational goals with marketing, product, and support to expand reach.
