Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking an Online Sales Concierge to convert internet leads into onsite visits by coordinating with the sales team. You will engage potential buyers online, via live chat or phone, and manage lead information in the customer management database.

Responsibilities include producing sales and marketing reports, staying current on communities and product options, and developing new customer opportunities through targeted outreach. Some overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Provide attention to detail and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies.
• Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives.
• Enter and update information in a customer management database.
• Produce monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis).
• Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.
• Maintain current knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities.
• Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email, and mail.
• Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients.
• Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.
• Ability to work overtime
• Minimal overnight travel may be required for training purposes
