We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking self-motivated, self-managing salespeople who excel without needing hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, unable to buy their own leads

• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month)

Who We ARE Looking For:

We operate exclusively through virtual sales via phone and Zoom, with an average weekly lead investment of $1,000-$1,500, generating $7,000-$15,000 in premiums.
