Who We Are

We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated and self-managing, capable of working independently without hand-holding.

Who We Are Looking For
  • Agents who are eager and motivated to make money.
  • Agents who can independently purchase their own leads and generate sales.
  • Agents who are self-driven and do not require constant supervision.
What We Are Not Looking For
  • Agents who sell low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).
  • Agents who are uncoachable or have a large ego.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Competent, articulate, and effective communicators.
  • Comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
  • Ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.
About Our Company

We partner with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. Our business is conducted entirely virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, resulting in premiums ranging from $7,000 to $15,000.

Additional Information

We do not participate in lead assistance programs, but we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more dedicated agents.
