We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated and self-managed, capable of working independently without hand-holding.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Agents who are eager to make money and are highly motivated.
• Agents who can independently buy their own leads and close sales.
• Agents who are coachable and open to following a proven system.

What We Offer:

• Partnerships with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products like indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).
• A focus on virtual sales through telephone and Zoom meetings, with high starting contracts and a proven training system.
• Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.
