High End Insurance Sales Agency Looking for Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing insurance sales agents who excel at independent work and are committed to success.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently or are desperate
• Agents unable to purchase their own leads
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We Are Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients
• Agents comfortable with high premium products (average client pays over $250/month)
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL, IBC, and FIA. We operate entirely virtually via phone and Zoom, focusing on high-value sales.

Most agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales. We do not participate in lead assist programs, but we offer high starting contracts, proven training, and trusted lead sources.
