Who We Are

We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier, self-motivated, self-managing salespeople who require minimal supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For

• Agents in desperate need of immediate income or unable to purchase their own leads
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We Are Looking For

• Competent agents with strong communication skills
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with top lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering high-ticket products like IUL, IBC, and FIA. We operate exclusively through virtual sales via phone or Zoom, focusing on high-quality, high-value policies.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium. We do not participate in lead assistance programs, but offer high starting contracts, proven training, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more dedicated agents.
