We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated and self-managed, capable of working independently without hand-holding.
We partner with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL, IBC, and FIA. Our business model is entirely virtual, utilizing telephone and Zoom meetings. Our agents typically invest $1,000-$1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.
We do not participate in lead assist programs, but we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our goal is to expand our team with more dedicated agents.
