High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate.

2. Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

3. Agents who need constant hand-holding throughout the process.

4. Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

5. People who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent agents who communicate effectively and speak well.

2. Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.

3. Agents who are self-motivated and ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads and generates between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not engage in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
