We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who are confident and capable of working independently without extensive oversight.

Who We Are Not Looking For

• Agents in urgent need of income or unable to purchase their own leads
• Agents requiring hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We Are Looking For

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information
• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies (average over $250/month)

Our company partners with top lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL, IBC, and FIA. We operate exclusively through virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom), and our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not engage in lead assist programs, but we do offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our goal is to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
