High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel at independent work and are committed to high performance.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need immediate income and are desperate for sales.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium products, with clients paying over $250/month on average.

• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation or hand-holding.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

On average, our agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads and generate between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. Instead, we provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
