High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are

We are not looking for:

• Agents who need to make money urgently or are desperate
• Agents who cannot afford their own leads
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a big ego

Who We Are Looking For

• Competent agents who communicate well
• Agents comfortable with high premium policies (average client pays over $250/month)
• Agents who are ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We operate differently from traditional life insurance companies, focusing on high-value policies rather than low-premium products.

All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom. Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium.

We do not participate in lead assist programs, but we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
