High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and require minimal supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money immediately out of desperation.

• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding throughout the sales process.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Agents who are uncoachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies, with our average client paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. Our business is conducted entirely through virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom).

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do NOT offer lead assistance programs. We provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We simply need more high-performing agents.
