High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and don't require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate income.

2. Agents who cannot afford their own leads to generate sales.

3. Agents who require constant guidance and support.

4. Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

5. Individuals who are not coachable or have a significant ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

2. Agents comfortable discussing high-premium products; our average client pays over $250/month.

3. Self-driven agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not operate lead assistance programs; however, we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
