High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and do not require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money out of desperation

• Agents who cannot afford their own leads to generate sales

• Agents who require constant guidance and support

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month)

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents with strong communication skills

• Agents comfortable presenting high premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with leading lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
