High End Insurance Sales Agency seeking top-tier, self-motivated, self-managing salespeople who require minimal supervision.

Who We Are

We are not looking for agents who are desperate to make money, cannot afford their own leads, need hand-holding at every step, sell low-premium policies, or are uncoachable with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents who communicate effectively.
• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium products, with clients paying over $250/month.
• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IULs, IBCs, and FIAs. We focus exclusively on virtual sales via phone or Zoom, with agents typically investing $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads to generate $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.

We do not participate in lead assist programs, but offer high starting contracts, proven training, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and are looking for dedicated agents to join us.
