Job Description: High End Insurance Sales Agent

We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated and self-managing, capable of working independently without supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently or are desperate.
• Agents unable to purchase their own leads to generate sales.
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.
• Agents interested in low premium policies (e.g., $30-$70/month).
• Uncoachable agents or those with a large ego.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.
• Agents comfortable selling high-premium policies (average over $250/month).
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, focusing on high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We differ from traditional life insurance companies by not selling low premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. Our goal is to expand our team with more talented agents.
