We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking self-motivated, self-managing top-tier salespeople who require minimal supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need urgent financial gain or are desperate to make money
• Agents who cannot afford their own leads to generate sales
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
• Agents who are uncoachable or have a large ego

Who We Are Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents who communicate effectively
• Agents comfortable with high premium products (average client pays over $250/month)

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering products like high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA. We focus on virtual sales via phone or Zoom, avoiding traditional low-premium products.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums. We do not participate in lead assist programs, but we offer high starting contracts, proven training, and trusted lead sources.
